Fi Yapı İnşaat AŞ, once one of Türkiye's largest construction companies, went bankrupt by court order.

Approximately 4 thousand flats and shops that were not delivered victimized thousands of citizens. After the July 15 coup attempt, a lawsuit was filed against the company owner Fikret İnan, and Fi Yapı was transferred to TMSF.

İnan was acquitted in 2022 and got his company back, but it was alleged that the company's Fi Side project was "plundered" by TMSF trustees for 6 years.
