Fenerbahçe's Mert Hakan crisis! He voted against the bylaws

Sadettin Saran defeated Ali Koç to become the new president of Fenerbahçe in the extraordinary general assembly held yesterday.
Team captain Mert Hakan Yandaş also voted in the voting, which continued until 17:00 yesterday.
While the vote of the party member sparked ethical debate, it was also revealed that this situation was against the bylaws.
The sixth paragraph of Article 15 is as follows:
Article 6 of the club's bylaws, "Members' Rights and Obligations, Termination and Suspension of Membership," includes the following statements:
"(6) Members who participate in amateur/professional competitions/contests in the branches of sports in which Fenerbahçe is actively active and who are active in sports will not be able to use their right to vote and be elected in the Club."

According to a report by journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, the Fenerbahçe Supreme Board of Directors launched an investigation into Mert Hakan's voting and requested an explanation from the management.
Sabuncuoğlu said, "Fenerbahçe's Supreme Board of Directors requested an explanation from the officials and the Board of Directors regarding how Mert Hakan Yandaş was admitted to the general assembly and began investigating the incident."
