CHP Beşiktaş Municipal Council Member Cihan Altunpul resigned from his party
The third session of the Beşiktaş Municipal Council's October meetings was held in the hall of the city hall, under the presidency of the Council's 1st Deputy Chairwoman Özge Önsen Belen.
CHP Council Member Cihan Altunpul, speaking outside the agenda , said, "As of today, I have terminated my membership in the Republican People's Party. I will continue to serve Beşiktaş here as an independent. I will explain my reasons in a few days."
The meeting ended after discussing the agenda items.
