BAYKAR will establish a 400-acre production base in Samsun

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Halit Doğan announced that BAYKAR will establish its first production base in Anatolia in Samsun, a 400-acre special industrial zone.

Samsun, which has been in the news for major investments like Chery and MKE, is now making headlines with Baykar's upcoming investment on a 400-acre site. Mayor Halit Doğan stated that the investment will be implemented in Samsun through a special industrial zone.

400-acre private industrial zone

President Doğan provided information about the investment in Samsun by BAYKAR, the architect of the national technology initiative, saying, "BAYKAR, one of the world's leading defense and aerospace companies and the architect of our national technology initiative, is establishing its first production base in Anatolia in Samsun, a 400-acre special industrial zone. The second century of the Republic is also the century of Samsun. I extend my gratitude to our President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, our Ministers of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır, Haluk Bayraktar, and Selçuk Bayraktar, our Grand National Assembly of Turkey Planning and Budget Committee Chair and Samsun Member of Parliament Mehmet Muş, and everyone else who contributed.
