WHAT IS SEEN IN E-GOVERNMENT?
Retirees will be able to see their current basic monthly salaries from e-Government. To do this, it is necessary to enter the 'Pension Monthly Information' section from e-Government. The figure that appears as the 'monthly amount' here shows the basic monthly salary of the retiree. The 'additional payment amount' that appears on the screen also shows the additional payment of 4-5 percent of the salary, while the '5510 Additional 19 Amount' located just below it shows the additional payment that completes the salary (total of the basic monthly salary and additional payment) to the basic monthly salary. Monthly salaries valid as of June are currently displayed on e-Government. These figures will be updated in the coming days by applying the increase rates.

WHAT WILL WIDOWS AND ORPHANS RECEIVE? The income of those receiving monthly payments from SSK and Bağ-Kur will increase by 16.67 percent, and of those receiving monthly payments from the Retirement Fund by 15.57 percent. Here too, the lowest payment will increase from 10,851 lira to 12,660 lira for those whose survivors' pension rate is 75 percent, from 7,234 lira to 8,440 lira for those whose monthly rate is 50 percent, and from 3,617 lira to 4,220 lira for those whose monthly rate is 25 percent. The payments of those whose monthly amounts, including the additional payment, are below these amounts after the July increase will be completed to these amounts.

WHEN WILL THE LAW BE ENACTED? The regulation regarding the base salary increase was added to the "Law Proposal on Amendments to Certain Laws and Legislative Decree No. 375" , which has started to be discussed in the TBMM Planning and Budget Committee.

The regulation was then accepted. The proposal is planned to be on the agenda of the TBMM General Assembly next week. After the TBMM marathon is completed, the regulation will be submitted to the President for approval and will then enter into force after being published in the Official Gazette.
