This week in the world: A series of events will meet art lovers

This week, many events ranging from theater to concerts, film festivals to art fairs will be held in various cities around the world.

The show "The Tale of Malikmammad Marionette Puppet Theatre Performance" will be staged tomorrow at the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum.

Documentary New Zealand Trust's annual "Doc Edge" documentary film festival, organised under the slogan "Life Unscripted", will be held in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand, from 25-29 June.

The "Oak Cliff Film Festival", held in Texas, USA, covering films made in and around Texas or featuring people from the region, will be presented to moviegoers on June 26-29.

The "Raindance Film Festival" will continue in London, the capital of England, until June 27.

The 14th "Champs-Elysees Film Festival" held in Paris, the capital of France, and the documentary festival "Sheffield DocFest" held in England are coming to an end today.

CONCERTS

Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli will meet art lovers in Pompeii, Italy on June 27 and 28.

Edward Christopher, better known by his stage name Ed Sheeran, will perform in Stuttgart, Germany on June 28 and 29.

​​​​​​​American rapper Chris Brown will perform in Birmingham, England on June 26, Rathfarnham, Ireland on June 28, and 50 Cent will perform in Hannover, Germany on June 28.

ROCK CONCERTS WILL MEET AUDIENCES IN EUROPE

World-famous rock band Metallica will perform in Glasgow, Scotland on June 25th and in Cardiff, Wales on June 28th.

The AC/DC band will meet music lovers in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic, on June 26, and in Berlin, the capital of Germany, on June 30.

Guns N' Roses, who are also performing in Istanbul this month as part of their European tour, will be performing in England today and on June 26, and in Denmark on June 29.

Iron Maiden will meet their fans in Dublin, Ireland on June 25, London, England on June 28, and Glasgow, Scotland on June 30.

American music group Linkin Park, founded under the name Xero in 1996, will perform in Milan, Italy tomorrow, Arnhem, Netherlands on June 26, and London, England on June 28.

MOVIES TO BE RELEASED IN THE USA

Seven movies will be released in US cinemas this week.

Directed by Joseph Kosinski, written by Ehren Kruger and starring Brad Pitt, Javier Bardem and Kerry Condon, "F1" will meet cinemagoers on June 27.

"M3gan 2.0," the sequel to the American sci-fi horror film "Megan," "Hot Milk," written and directed by Rebecca Lenkiewicz, and "Ponyboi," adapted from River Gallo's script and directed by Esteban Arango, will be released on June 27.

Written, directed and produced by Karl R. Hearne, and starring Dale Dickey as a vengeful grandmother, the Canadian thriller “The G” will hit the big screen on June 27.

Also in the US are "Lost Weekend" on June 25 and "Ice Road: Vengeance" on June 27.
