'Star Wars' on the screen this time with a concert

Star Wars , the cult work of science fiction that has a wide fan base around the world, is being brought to the stage with a concert this time. The Istanbul Film Orchestra, conducted by Conductor David Mahoney, will accompany the film with a live performance at the event to be held at the Harbiye Cemil Topuzlu Open Air Theater on June 26.
Legendary composer John Williams has composed the music for all nine films in the Star Wars saga, starting with 1977's Star Wars: A New Hope, for which he won an Academy Award for Best Original Score. The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker were each nominated for Best Original Score.
At the event, which will be held as part of the "Movies in Concert" events organized by Piu Entertainment, Williams' unforgettable music will be performed live by the orchestra, while the entire film will be shown in its original language in English with Turkish subtitles on a giant silver screen.
