Two houses and 10 haylofts burned in Bolu, killing many sheep and cattle.

The fire broke out overnight in Çamyurdu village, Mudurnu district. It reportedly started in a hayloft and quickly spread to adjacent haylofts and wooden houses.

Following the villagers' notice, firefighters from Mudurnu and Taşkesti districts, water trucks from the Forest Management Directorate and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene.

As the fire grew rapidly, villagers, firefighters and forestry teams began working to extinguish the flames.

In the fire, two houses and 10 haylofts belonging to Seyfettin Aldemir and Ahmet Baştürk were burned to ashes.

Many small and large cattle also burned to death in the fire.

An investigation into the fire has been launched.
