The recommended selling price of raw cow milk has been determined.

In the statement made by the Council, it was stated that the USK Board of Directors meeting was held today.
In the statement, it was reported that the recommended sales price of raw cow's milk with a fat content of 3.6 percent and protein of 3.2 percent was determined at the meeting, effective from August 1, 2025, at a net price of 18.35 lira per liter (excluding raw milk support) to be received by the producer. The following was noted:
"If cooling, transportation and other current expenses are covered by the producer, these expenses will be paid additionally to the producer. For each dizyem (0.1 change) in the base fat and protein ratios, a difference of plus/minus 27 kuruş will be applied."
In the statement, it was stated that the recommended sales price of raw cow milk will be re-evaluated in September 2025.
