Ebru Uzun Oruç, known for her street interviews and known as Sokak Kedisi (Street Cat), was also detained. Oruç shared the news on her X account with the message, "I'm currently detained from my home. I'm being taken to the Vatan Police Department."

Alp Buğdaycı was also among those detained:
