The strange incident took place in the Satun region of Thailand. 31-year-old Ratchanaporn was admitted to the hospital after experiencing severe swelling and difficulty breathing.

After tests at the hospital revealed a cyst weighing approximately 7 kilograms (14.7 pounds) in her abdomen, the woman underwent emergency surgery. The cyst, measuring 30 centimeters in diameter, was removed during the six-hour operation, along with tissue samples for further testing.

It was noted that the woman, who weighed 86 kilograms before the surgery, dropped to 75 kilograms after the cyst was removed.

Speaking after the surgery, Ratchanaporn's mother said, "My baby felt tightness in her chest, difficulty breathing, and bloating. Her belly looked like she was pregnant with twins. She had been bloated for a long time, but we thought it was from eating too much. We never thought it could be something this serious."
