PKK's termination decision | President Erdoğan: MİT will monitor the disarmament process

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the Organization Academy Leadership School at the AK Party Congress Center.

President Erdoğan's statements are as follows:

I would like to convey my best wishes for a speedy recovery due to the earthquake in Konya.

We are not a cadre or an organization that just appeared on the political scene. We have a common understanding, goals, and a common cause that brings us together. We did not appear on the political scene when we hung the AK Party sign. For us, history did not begin with the AK Party. For us, history did not begin 200 years ago. As the AK Party, we are a ancestor whose roots lie in the past.

"THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE"

We are a team that knows where we come from and where we are going. This is the most important difference between us and the opposition.

Our cause is great, our mission is great, and our troubles are great. This path is a blessed but also a difficult path. This path requires love, effort, struggle, and burning passion. We will burn so that our surroundings will be illuminated. We did not set out on this path for positions, positions, or ranks. We set out on this path to burn for the sake of our nation and our homeland.

I am happy to be your companions on the path and cause leading to the ideal of the Turkish Century.

"OUR VICTORIES ARE SHARED"

In this strategic geography, Turks, Kurds and Arabs have been victorious together. Our victories are shared.

When we fall, we become weaker, the imperialists know this well; divide, divide, rule.

We will not fall into this trap. If you separate the Kurds from the Turks, they will be alone and swallowed. If you separate the Turks from the Kurds, they will be alone and weak. We will not be polarizing, dividing, or tearing apart, but uniting both at home and abroad. No matter what others do, we will stubbornly defend brotherhood. PKK'S DECISION TO TERMINATE We said that the disarmament and termination process will be meticulously monitored by the MİT and our security units. We will approach those who completely abandon terror, violence, and weapons with equanimity.

We are in very close cooperation with MHP. We are patient and at the same time hopeful.

We are determined to completely remove our nation from the terror vortex that has swallowed tens of thousands of lives and trillions of dollars of resources. Let no one worry. We are evaluating every issue very comprehensively with our relevant institutions. We are cautious, prudent, and optimistic. We are much stronger in every respect. We have never tolerated terrorism on our borders in Iraq or Syria. We will never do so again. The period of using terrorism in our region is over. The period of relying on foreign actors is over.

MEETING WITH ZELENSKY

We hosted Zelensky and his delegation. We talked about Russia and their efforts to end the Ukraine war with a just peace.

TERROR-FREE Türkiye

Türkiye is rapidly reaching the position it deserves. Türkiye's horizon is expanding. Türkiye's future is brightening. We are building our greatest work with a terror-free Türkiye.
