Following the YKS marathon, excitement for the preference results is at its peak. Millions of candidates who took the exams in the TYT, AYT, and YDT sessions are awaiting ÖSYM's announcement to find out which university and department they will be placed in. Following the exam, which saw approximately 2.5 million students take part, the results of the preferences completed between August 1st and 13th will be made available soon. So, when will the 2025 YKS preference results be announced?

The critical week for university placement results has arrived. According to the calendar shared by ÖSYM, registration for higher education institutions will begin September 1-5. Results should be announced earlier to encourage early registration, especially for candidates from out of town.

While ÖSYM has not released a results calendar, the results are expected to be available no later than August 25. The "YKS preference results announced" announcement will be made both on ÖSYM's social media account and official website.

Once the query screen is activated, candidates will be able to log in to the system with their Turkish ID number and candidate password. Candidates who forget their password can obtain a new one by selecting the "I forgot my password" option on the ÖSYM website.
