Citizens will breathe... A new era in the historical peninsula

Our goal is to remove vehicle traffic from the heart of the Historic Peninsula, create pedestrian-friendly roads, and, after enacting the relevant laws and regulations, implement congestion charges like those in Singapore and London. The simple rule is, polluters pay. But there are some areas where you won't be able to enter even if you pay.
