Details of the new contract signed by Galatasaray with national team player Barış Alper Yılmaz have emerged. Allegedly, Barış will earn €6 million from Galatasaray, including additional payments.
Following the crisis surrounding the offer from NEOM during the summer transfer window, Galatasaray decided not to sell Barış Alper, keeping him at the club. The Yellow-Reds reportedly signed a new contract for the player, and details of the deal have since emerged.
CONTRACT DETAILS REVEALED According to the information conveyed by Haluk Yürekli, Barış Alper Yılmaz's new contract includes the following clauses:
- Guaranteed salary: 3 million euros
- Loyalty bonus: 500 thousand euros
- If he plays 20 matches: 2 million euros
- If he contributes 20+ goals: 500,000 Euros
With this agreement, Barış Alper became one of the highest-paid Turkish footballers in the Galatasaray squad.
Barış Alper Yılmaz's manager, Tuncay Maldan, said in his statement, "We took our stand and got our rights."
