A person who was treated for suspected CCHF in Kayseri died.

A tick clung to Cengiz Karakaya (61), who lives in the Mezgitli hamlet of Kızılören Neighborhood.

Karakaya, who removed the tick that had attached to his body, went to a district hospital after falling ill. As his condition worsened, he was transferred to Kayseri City Hospital, but despite intervention, he could not be saved.

On the other hand, İlknur Ekinci, who was being treated on suspicion of CCHF in the Kızılören Neighborhood, died on June 12, and Ulviye Torun on June 17.
