Figure Skating Federation Prepares Major Competitions in Chelyabinsk and Magnitogorsk

The Executive Committee of the Russian Figure Skating Federation has approved the dates of the Olympic season competitions. The calendar also includes cities in the Chelyabinsk Region.

Thus, the Russian Grand Prix series in figure skating will start in Magnitogorsk. The Magnitogorsk competitions are scheduled from October 24 to 27, and are called "Stars of Magnitka". The second junior stage of the competition will be held in the city of metallurgists from October 22 to 24.

Chelyabinsk will host the Russian Grand Prix final among juniors and adults. It will be held in the South Ural metropolis from March 4 to 9, 2026
