According to information gathered by the cashless.pl portal, the idea involves recommendations generated and directed to InPost customers by artificial intelligence . The company could use its mobile app, for example, for this purpose.

Placing an order after such a recommendation is intended to enable a simultaneous order on favorable delivery terms to the indicated parcel machine.

"I talked about it at Impact25 a few months ago, that thanks to AI, the online shopping model will change - I mentioned the end of the year as a potential date. I wrote literally a few dozen hours ago that the way we buy is already starting to influence customers' shopping behavior and is becoming autonomous and agnostic (the store brand will not matter, or it will be less important)," wrote Rafał Brzoska, head of InPost, on the X platform in July.
