North Korea officially condemns US attack on Iran's nuclear facilities

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea condemned the attack by the United States Army on Iran's nuclear energy centers. The statement of the diplomatic corps was quoted by the national Central News Agency (KCNA).

“Israel and the United States, under the pretext of so-called ‘maintaining peace’ and ‘eliminating the threat’, used physical force and thereby further exacerbated the tension in the Middle East...” the North Korean Foreign Ministry emphasized.

The DPRK diplomatic corps also drew attention to the fact that the attack by the US Air Force on Iranian nuclear facilities undermines the foundations of international security.

A similar opinion was previously expressed by the Permanent Mission of Russia to the United Nations. Permanent Representative Vasily Nebenzya stated that the aggressive actions of the United States are like a "Pandora's Box" and their consequences cannot be predicted.
