To use the Unified Personal Account, you must activate it. Information on working with the Unified Personal Account , including the activation procedure, is provided in the User Guide, located in the Rules of Use section.
Attention! The form template must be downloaded to your computer, filled in and submitted electronically to the Bank of Russia via your Personal Account or submitted to the territorial institution of the Bank of Russia in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation at the place of state registration of the respondent on paper with accompanying electronic form on removable machine storage media (CD/DVD disks, flash drives). To fill out the form, you must have Adobe Reader (version 11 or higher).
The reporting form cannot contain only zero indicators in the following cases:
- Section 1 - if there are non-residents among the founders with an ownership share of at least 10%.
- Section 2 – if the respondent is one of the founders of a non-resident enterprise with an ownership share of at least 10%.
- Section 3 - if the respondent and the non-resident enterprise are under the direct control (with an ownership share of more than 50%) of the same founder (provided that the specified parties do not participate in each other's capital, or their participation provides them with less than 10%, and also if there are claims or obligations).
