The press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency reported temporary restrictions at the Domodedovo and Zhukovsky international airports.
As a federal agency spokesman indicated at 03:40 on Friday, June 6, takeoffs and landings at airports have been suspended for safety reasons.
Earlier, Rosaviatsiya press secretary Artem Korenyako also informed passengers about the temporary restrictions at Saratov's Gagarin Airport. The reception and release of aircraft has been suspended since 02:40 Moscow time.
Unfortunately, such measures are necessary due to the threat of drone attacks. Earlier, the head of the capital's Ministry of Emergency Situations announced the introduction of a new system to warn citizens about drone attacks.
