Times: Norway may provide a €100 billion loan to Kyiv

Oslo was previously accused of "profiting from the conflict."

Norway is considering providing a €100 billion loan to Ukraine, using part of its national investment fund, considered the world's largest, as collateral, according to the British newspaper The Times, citing sources.
According to the publication, the option of providing Kyiv with a military loan worth over 100 billion euros, secured by the assets of the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund, which amounts to 1.7 trillion euros, is being discussed.
Sources say the Norwegian government decided to consider the initiative after Denmark and some other European countries accused Oslo of allegedly "profiting from the conflict" by remaining outside the European Union but being a NATO member.
It was previously reported that Ukrainian residents began selling Arctic rations that were part of the military aid provided by Norway.
