“We will officially announce the date in due course,” he said.

Previously, Peskov announced that a major press conference, combined with a direct line, was planned for mid-December. He also noted that Putin had not made a final decision on delivering his address to the Federal Assembly .

Earlier, a Kremlin spokesman stated that all forecasts regarding the timing of a meeting between Putin and US President Donald Trump were unfounded. Peskov emphasized that the summit must be preceded by meticulous preparation.
