"The Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation does not establish a separate increased fine specifically for repeated illegal parking, but in the case of systematic violations, the data may be taken into account when depriving a license for other traffic violations, if this is a combination of offenses," the lawyer said. Thus, for stopping on a pedestrian crossing, at public transport stops and parking on the sidewalk, drivers face a fine of one thousand rubles, one and a half thousand for stopping on tram tracks, and two thousand will have to be paid if your car blocks the road to other cars, a parking lot or a stop in a tunnel.
