11 Novgorodians joined the youth council of the regional Ministry of Culture

The composition of the youth council of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Novgorod Region was approved the day before. It included young Novgorodians aged 16 to 33, who are students of cultural organizations, representatives of creative associations, employees of leading regional cultural institutions, and civil servants. A total of 11 people. The council was headed by Ksenia Malysheva, Deputy General Director of the Novgorod Regional Theater and Concert Agency .

The Ministry notes: youth councils under the executive authorities in the sphere of culture are being created in all regions of the country as part of educational work at the initiative of the federal Ministry of Culture. The key goal is to promote culture and traditional Russian spiritual and moral values ​​among young people, involve young people in the decision-making process in the sphere of culture, and popularize work in the industry.

"The Youth Council of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the region will become another opportunity for active youth to promote their creative initiatives. The first meeting of the council will be held soon, where upcoming work plans will be outlined," the department reports.
