About the award-winning olive oil
Mantikir Summit Premium is a blend of four varieties of olives: arbequina, coratina, grappolo and koroneiki. The fruits are harvested manually and extracted in the mill at a controlled temperature of 22ºC.
The olive blend is pressed immediately and the average yield of the last harvest was 12 kilos of fruit to produce approximately one liter of olive oil. Essenza's olive groves in Maria da Fé are at an altitude of 1,910 meters, considered the highest in Brazil .
The 250 ml bottle is sold for R$190 on the brand's e-commerce site, but is currently sold out. According to the item's description, it can be paired with leafy and tomato salads, pasta, white meat, rice, stewed meat, fresh cheese, fruit and desserts in general.
