Strikes in Italy. Disruptions can be expected during these days.

Periodically, workers in the transport sector in Italy organize large-scale strikes. For foreign tourists traveling to the country, the next strikes scheduled for November 14 and 28 may be the most disruptive.
Strikes by airport ground staff and local public transport workers in Rome will coincide on November 14th. Bus and metro delays in the Italian capital are expected on that day. It's worth factoring in extra time, especially when planning your commute to the airport by public transport.
Strikes at airports in ItalyPassengers flying to or from Italy can also expect longer than usual airport processing times on November 28th. Ground crews are planning strikes at several airports across the country. The effects are expected to be felt most acutely at Milan Malpensa Airport, which also serves airlines operating in Poland.
The National Civil Aviation Authority ENAC reminds that during the strike, flights must be guaranteed between 7am and 10pm and between 6pm and 9pm.
Railway strikes. Train disruptions.A railway strike is announced for the end of the month.
It will begin on Thursday, November 27 at 9:00 PM and will last until the same time on Friday, November 28. Disruptions to regional and long-distance connections can be expected throughout the day, but “essential” regional connections will be operated during peak hours (from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on weekdays; from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on public holidays).
Closer to the strike dates, the Trenitalia website will publish a list of trains guaranteed to run during the strikes. This list will include medium- and long-distance services, along with travel information for each region.
