The Szczecin team started the match promisingly, taking the lead after less than fifteen minutes thanks to a shot by Czapliński from a wide top-league squad. Ten minutes later, the lead was extended by the top-league substitute Kostorz, while Ława, son of top-league veteran Bartosz Ława, who trains with Thomas Thomasberg's team, scored the third goal. However, the visitors didn't give up, and Graczyk scored before the break, and after the break, Flota Paczuk, a former porter and second-league player from Skolwin, scored the winning goal. The islanders' pursuit ultimately proved successful, with Hamid, a Pakistani with an English passport, equalizing the score.
