Football legend dies. He was a world champion

Luis Galvan, a player in the 1978 World Cup-winning Argentine team, has died at the age of 77, the country's football federation announced on Monday.
Galvan, a mainstay of the Albicelestes' defence, played full-time in all seven of Argentina's World Cup matches, including the 2-0 victory over Poland in Rosario. He also appeared in the 1982 World Cup in Spain.

He was a product of the Talleres Cordoba club, where he played a record 503 matches over 17 seasons.
He died exactly on the first anniversary of the death of the famous coach of the Argentine national team, Cesar Luis Menotti, who had great confidence in him.
