Huge discounts at spas. Just one card is enough.

People over 60 can take advantage of attractive discounts on stays and rehabilitation services at as many as 72 spa resorts across the country. The only requirement is possession of a National Senior Card.
- People over 60 years of age can benefit from discounts in 72 sanatoriums and health resorts in Poland thanks to the National Senior Card (OKS)
- OKS is a program of the MANKO Association, entitling you to discounts not only in sanatoriums, but also in over 4,500 institutions
- Discounts apply to popular health resorts such as Ciechocinek, Nałęczów, Ustroń, Busko-Zdrój, Sopot and Augustów.
- The amount of discounts and the offer of additional treatments depend on the center – discounts are usually 5–10 percent, sometimes also including diagnostics or free treatments
- Before booking, it is worth checking the conditions in a specific spa, as the scope of promotions varies
For many seniors, a stay at a health resort is the best way to get away. A stay at a health resort not only allows you to escape your daily routine and relax from your daily routine, but also improve your health.
Seniors who don't want to wait in line for a National Health Fund (NFZ) referral to a health resort can take advantage of private health resorts. And those with a National Senior Card (OKS) don't have to pay the full rate for stays at selected facilities.
The National Senior Card is a proprietary program of the MANKO Association . The card entitles its holder to discounts not only at health resorts; it also works at many other health and cultural institutions, as well as shops, restaurants, banks, and even sports clubs – a total of 4,500 locations.
Currently, 72 health resorts and spas offer discounts for OKS holders. Discounts on stays, and sometimes even on additional treatments, are available at spas popular with seniors, including:
- Ciechocinek Health Resort,
- Augustów Health Resort,
- Sanatoriums Marconi, Mikołaj, Oblęgorek, Willa Zielona in Busko-Zdrój,
- "Kamienny Potok" Health Resort in Sopot,
- Nałęczów health resort.
Some centers offer a 5-10% discount on stays for fixed-term stays; others offer additional benefits to OKS patients. Uzdrowisko Ustroń , for example, offers seniors discounts on treatments and diagnostics.
As polsatnews.pl points out, the scope of promotions varies depending on the facility, so it's worth reviewing the offer carefully before booking. Some patients may be in for a pleasant surprise. During their stay at the "Górnik" center in Łeba, seniors can enjoy dry baths at half price, and at "Kamienny Potok" in Sopot, they'll receive a free treatment.
