CPK with record land purchases for investments

As of July 14, 2025, over 2,100 plots with a total area of over 2,000 hectares have been acquired under the airport program.
This means that over 52 percent of the land covered by the location decision for the CPK Airport and the western part of the railway junction has already been acquired.
June 2025 turned out to be a record month in terms of the number of contracts signedTo date, 1,045 applications have been received, covering approximately 88 percent of the area specified in the location decision. These data confirm the strong interest from owners and the high effectiveness of the company's activities.
Under the Voluntary Railway Acquisition Program, the company has so far acquired approximately 70 plots with a total area of 65 hectares. As many as 95 percent of the selected plots, which will be used to build the first section of the Warsaw-Łódź High-Speed Rail line, have been submitted to the Voluntary Acquisition Program.
June 2025 proved to be a record month for the number of contracts signed under the Voluntary Acquisition Program—both airport and rail—since its inception. This month alone saw 40 transactions.
The acquisition of further properties from people who want to take advantage of the airport’s Voluntary Acquisition Program is possible thanks to the resumption of accepting applications at the airport in July 2024 by the company’s new management board.
Purchase of land and buildings above market priceAcquisitions under the airport PDN take place in the area covered by the area regulation, while in the case of the railway program they concern only qualified plots through which future railway lines will run.
CPK informs that an individual valuation of the property, prepared by an independent property appraiser, taking into account all its detailed parameters, constitutes the basis for determining the conditions for the acquisition of the property by the company.
"As a rule, the company's offer includes bonuses of 20 percent on the land value and 40 percent on the value of buildings and other structures. Property owners can also take advantage of an offer equal to the replacement value, regardless of the degree of wear and tear," CPK assures.
The CPK Program will include the construction of a central airport between Warsaw and Łódź, as well as a high-speed rail system. The new airport will initially be designed to handle 34 million passengers annually and will be flexibly expanded in the long term, in line with market needs and forecasts.
According to the adopted schedule, the construction of the CPK Airport in the Baranów, Wiskitki and Teresin communes is scheduled to begin in 2026.
