Children from the "Optymist" section had the opportunity to improve their sailing technique in this class of boats, prepare for regattas, gain sailing skills, learn the basics of navigation, develop SUP skills, and above all – spend time actively with their peers, away from computer and phone screens.

The training camp was made possible thanks to the support of the Orlen Foundation, the Przemyśl City Hall, and the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The project also had an important preventative dimension, as part of efforts to combat behavioral addictions and promote physical activity among children.

"Sailing, which requires focus, responsibility, and teamwork, effectively distracts children from the digital world. There's no room for smartphones on the water—instead, there are sails, sun, wind, and teamwork. There was also plenty of laughter and shared fun in the evenings."
