PLN 10,000 for a good start in studies - apply today!

The scholarship of PLN 10,000 will be paid throughout the 2025/2026 academic year and can be used for accommodation, textbooks, travel or other costs related to starting life in a new city.

Applications for a recommendation to FEM must be submitted by August 5, 2025. Only with a recommendation will it be possible to continue applying to the Educational Entrepreneurship Foundation, which conducts the main recruitment process for the program.

• this year's high school graduates from towns in Lower Silesia with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants,
• persons admitted to full-time bachelor's or engineering studies at a state university (excluding universities of uniformed services),
• candidates with good high school leaving exam results,
• people who are in a more difficult financial situation.

The program is implemented with the support of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation, the National Bank of Poland, the BRE Bank Foundation, and many other partners. FEM co-finances each scholarship by 25% thanks to funds from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Government under the "zDolny Śląsk" program.
