Even a great CV is not enough to become a boss these days
Half of companies don't limit their selection of candidates for top positions to traditional interviews. They want their hiring decisions to be supported not only by executive search advisors but also by professional assessments, including tests assessing soft skills.
The latest edition of the research on trends in the recruitment of specialists and managers, conducted by the recruitment company Antal, shows that although soft skills tests have lost some of their popularity, they are still used most frequently in executive search processes, at 31% of surveyed employers.
