A tragic ending to a return from a birthday party. They fled the scene and failed to provide aid to the injured.
The case is in its early stages. Currently, the District Police Headquarters in Przeworsk is conducting investigations ordered by the prosecutor, aimed at verifying the facts and identifying individuals who may be involved in the circumstances of the incident. The suspect is charged with negligently causing a fatal road accident, fleeing the scene of the accident, and failing to provide assistance to the victims. Eryk L., in turn, has been charged with failing to provide assistance to the victims of the accident and obstructing the investigation by concealing the perpetrator and covering up her tracks in order to avoid criminal liability.

On the night of Friday (18th of this month) to Saturday, the officer on duty at the Przeworsk police unit received information about a tragic accident that occurred in the town of Pigany.
"Preliminary findings by police officers at the scene indicate that an 18-year-old cyclist was struck while riding in the right lane with a 16-year-old passenger on his bike. The girl was taken to hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, but the 18-year-old cyclist unfortunately could not be saved and died at the scene," reports Asst. Sergeant Justyna Urban, press officer at the Przeworsk Police Headquarters.
The perpetrator fled the scene without providing aid to the injured. Police officers determined who was driving the Seat Leon at the time of the incident. The driver was Kamila K., a 21-year-old resident of the Sieniawa commune. She was accompanied by a 22-year-old man from outside...
