Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet Made a Surprise Red Carpet Debut 2 Days After the Met Gala

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet love to keep us guessing. Instead of making their red carpet debut at Monday’s Met Gala (Chalamet was very invested in the New York Knicks’ game that same night), the two just stepped out as a couple at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Rome. They posed for photos together, both wearing black and white and looking smitten.

The pair has been together for two years now. In late April, a source told Entertainment Tonight that they are serious about their future but enjoying the current moment.
“[They’re] happy with where things are and focused on spending time together,” the insider said. “They don’t put pressure on their relationship, but everything is going really well, and they could see themselves taking things to the next level someday.”
Chalamet’s family also approves of his partner: “Timothée’s family is supportive of him and his relationship with Kylie,” the source said. “They appreciate how loving and caring Kylie is. They want him to succeed and be happy in every way, including with the partner he chooses to be with.”
Back in January, an insider told Us Weekly that Jenner would marry Chalamet someday, but they “are in no rush.”
Neither Jenner nor Chalamet has posted about their relationship on social media, and the couple has avoided discussing it in interviews. Jenner revealed the reason why in our November issue: She won’t talk about her love life because “I think it’s important to keep things to yourself. It’s hard for me to make a decision by myself sometimes, so the opinion of the whole world…it can be tough.”
