Arezzo, July 14, 2025 – Yesterday morning, Sunday, July 12, the second trophy of the non-shooting pheasant restocking dog competition took place at the "Noceta" ACLI Club. Over 90 participants and a large audience from across Tuscany attended this nature-based sporting event, created with the goal of encouraging game restocking in the area.

"Thanks to the collaboration with the Castiglione associations ANUU Italian Migrators and Federcaccia, but above all thanks to the willingness of the landowners and the municipal administration, we were able to organize this interesting event again this year. The aim is both to repopulate the area with game, in this case pheasants, and to raise awareness of the Castiglione countryside," explains Sergio Fabianelli, national dog judge and coordinator of the event.

The sporting-nature event once again highlighted the bond between the owner, the trainer, and her dog, her faithful playmate and carefree companion.

Like a competition where both, though obviously in different roles, have fun. "Congratulations to Federcaccia and the National Association of Migration Hunters (ANUU) for the perfect organization, which saw competitors from all over Tuscany participate with over 100 hunting dogs competing in the various categories. Well done everyone," concludes Alessandro Concettoni, Councilor for Hunting and Fishing.
