Pisa-Cremonese 1-0, Touré earns three points. And the Arena erupts with joy.

Pisa, November 7, 2025 – The sun has kissed the Tower 12,598 times and set behind it on just as many occasions. Pisa returns to winning ways in Serie A after 34 years, that is, since May 12, 1991 (Pisa-Bari: 1-0), which brought an era to a close. Now, a new era dawns. Gilardino's Nerazzurri prevail at the Arena against Cremonese: the hero of the most beautiful night was "Trankilo" Touré . Gilardino makes three changes compared to the match in Turin, relying on his starting lineup. Aebischer comes on from the start as a midfielder, joined, somewhat surprisingly, by the young Vural. Cuadrado returns to the starting lineup on the left, as he did in the match against Lazio. Up front, Nzola plays in front of Moreo.
The Nerazzurri started confidently, supported by a brilliant Akinsanmiro; the ball flow was good, although Nzola and Touré's finishing decisions weren't very effective. Cremonese responded with Vázquez, but Semper was ready to curl a shot. The first half ended with Gilardino's team applying constant pressure, but, as has been the case since the start of the season, it didn't translate into any joy at home.
Cuadrado raises the white flag, replaced by Leris. Three minutes into the second half, Pisa claims a penalty for Bianchetti's handball, but VAR allows play to continue. Cremonese gives Gilardino's team a scare: Vázquez hits the crossbar with a thunderous shot from outside the box, and Semper gets his hands on it a couple of minutes later. Just when it seems like a way out, Tramoni comes on and changes things up. The Corsican talent plays the ball into the box, and Touré pounces, heads it over Baschirotto, and scores.
The Nerazzurri could double their lead with Tramoni, but tonight, there's no room for regrets. The win against Cremonese isn't just a smile on the face of the fans, it's three crucial points that will change the Nerazzurri's standings. For Gilardino, it's his fifth consecutive positive result: from break to break. And the Arena sings. The league is in its second international break. The return to action will have to wait until Monday, November 24th in Reggio Emilia against Sassuolo. With Pisa so in top form, it's not impossible to hope for points.
