Italian Tennis Championship for Surveyors, Geosport 2025: Arezzo reconfirms its title as Italian tennis and padel champion.

Arezzo, 15 July 2025 – The “ Geosport Geo Week 2025” event took place between 4 and 8 June in Riccione , a sports event held annually on the Riviera for all the Surveyors' Colleges of Italy.

This year too, our city's college has achieved several successes in the 8-a-side football, tennis, and padel tournaments.

In the National Tennis Tournament for Surveyors and Freelance Professionals, Arezzo retained the title of Italian champion for the fourth year in a row.

The Arezzo team, led by President Gianni Bruni and composed of Tiziano Lunghi, Gabrio Caneschi, Marco Sonnacchi, Pierluigi Zampini, Giovanbattista Scapecchi, and Giancarlo Fedi, won against the Collegi of Turin—two teams—and Rimini.

Also present was the Padel team—for the first time in 25 editions of Geosport— competing with the two teams from Turin and Ravenna, and comprised of Michele Moretti, Andrea Otelli, and Tiziano Lunghi. And once again, Arezzo lifted the trophy as champions.

In 8-a-side football, Arezzo, despite winning two matches, failed to qualify for the final round, which ended with Torino's victory in the final against Roma. This season, too, the results achieved once again kept the Arezzo Surveyors' College in high esteem at the national level.
