Fiorentina, the Midnight Coup: Pradè studies the double coup to please Pioli

Florence, 4 July 2025 - Sebastiano Esposito is one step away from Fiorentina . The 2002-born striker, owned by Inter, is the profile identified by sporting director Daniele Pradè for the role of second striker of the attack to be entrusted to Pioli. The negotiations with the Nerazzurri are proceeding quickly: on the table is a deal worth 5-6 million euros plus bonuses. Despite the interest of clubs such as Cagliari and Parma, Fiorentina has a large advantage in securing the talent from Castellammare di Stabia . Given that the contract expires in a year, the cost is low, Fiorentina considers it an opportunity to seize on the market. It is clear, however, that the arrival of Esposito is a prelude to the sale of Lucas Beltrán . The Argentine is now on the fringes of the project but finding a destination is not easy: having refused the loan to River Plate (Fiorentina wants a permanent transfer), the issue of his permanence in Europe remains (the player's desire). Entourage has been working for days to find the right team.
On the outgoings front, Rolando Mandragora 's situation remains to be monitored: Betis have taken the first steps (first offer less than 5 million euros, unacceptable for Fiorentina), while Bologna is waiting for developments. The midfielder is waiting for a signal from the Viola club to discuss a possible renewal (the first meeting is possible next week), but it is clear that his eventual departure would open up new scenarios also in terms of incomings. And watch out for Newcastle 's possible interest in Richadson . If he were to leave too, there would be at least two mezzali to buy.
In the middle of the pitch, the hottest name is still that of Parma 's Adrián Bernabé . Fiorentina have shown interest in both the player and the club, receiving total openness from the Spaniard's entourage . Parma, however, are putting up a wall: the valuation is between 20 and 25 million euros and at the moment there has been no first official offer from the Viola. However, Pradè is determined to bring him to Florence and is studying the right proposal (the objective is to get the Emilians to accept a costly loan with a conditional obligation to buy). It is a specific request from mister Pioli , expected in Florence on July 10 (the presentation will be a few days later, close to the rally). Also owned by Parma, interest in Simon Sohm remains alive.
Fiorentina's interest in Lorenzo Insigne is unfounded. He wants to return to Italy and has been proposed to several teams, including Fiorentina. Pradè listened, but declined. On the way out, Pietro Terracciano is ready to leave: Monza is always interested in him, with Empoli as a possible alternative.
