La Piazza 2025, the Affaritaliani event is back. Everything is ready for the first day, with the full program for Thursday, August 28th.

The Affaritaliani square in Ceglie Messapica will come to life again on August 28th , from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a packed schedule of meetings, interviews, and in-depth panels featuring representatives from the political, institutional, and business worlds.
Opening and pollsThe evening will open at 7:00 pm with institutional greetings from Mayor Angelo Palmisano , followed by the presentation of the survey “Italy and the political parties” by Roberto Baldassarri , general director of Lab 21.
The interviewsThen on stage, interviews with two members of the government: Matteo Salvini , Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, and Nello Musumeci , Minister of Civil Protection and Maritime Policies.
Dialogue and reflectionA moment of discussion will be dedicated to the theme “The price of peace” , with Marco Scotti , director of Affaritaliani, in dialogue with the historian, journalist and essayist Paolo Mieli .
The second part of the evening will be punctuated by three in-depth panels:
Panel 1. Sport and healthSpeakers include Marcello Gemmato (Undersecretary of Health), Luca Lotti (former Minister of Sport), Gianluca Paparesta (former international referee and entrepreneur), and Andrea Lo Cicero (former Italian rugby player).
Panel 2. Micro, small and medium-sized enterprisesThe panelists included Antonio Misiani (Democratic Party's Head of Economy and Finance), Erica Mazzetti (FI MP, Head of the Public Works Department), Marco Travaglini (President of the Centro Studi Produttivitalia and entrepreneur), Angelo Contessa (President of Consorzio Stab. Build Scarl and Ance Brindisi), Luca Baravalle (President of BRVL Holding S.à RL and the Baravalle Foundation), and Luigi Schiavo (Vice President of Ance with responsibility for public works).
Panel 3. Rebuilding EuropeThe debate will feature Alessandro Morelli (Undersecretary to the Presidency of the Council), Carlo Fidanza (head of the Brothers of Italy delegation in the European Parliament), Stefano Patuanelli (group leader of the Five Star Movement in the Senate), Luigi Marattin (MP and national secretary of the Liberal Democratic Party), Laura Castelli (president of South Calls North), and Carlo Alberto Giusti (rector of Link Campus University).
