Justice reform, the Senate gives the green light to article 2: this is how the separation of careers passes

The Senate gave the green light to Article 2 of the bill on the separation of magistrates' careers. The text modifies Article 102 of the Constitution, specifying that the rules regarding the judiciary "also regulate the distinct careers of judging and prosecuting magistrates ."

The following articles 3 and 4 specify and articulate the principle of the separation of careers and of the two CSMs for the two magistracies . All the proposals for modification of the oppositions were previously rejected.
