Corinne Clery, beatings and slaps from my sonCorinne Clery is still the eternal icon of the film Story of O, but her heart is broken. "I haven't spoken to my only son for 8 years. I've suffered everything from him, verbal abuse and even slaps, but now things are worse because he wants to sell the house where I live and of which I donated the bare ownership to him." Corinne opens up for the first time about her turbulent relationship with her son to Monica Setta in the prime time show “Storie al bivio show” broadcast Tuesday 24 at 9.20pm on Rai 2. "I raised my son alone, I was a child when he was born but I never thought of having an abortion. But over time he had become intolerant, nothing was good for him, he held a grudge against me even though I had given him everything I had" says Clery "but since I gave my son the bare ownership of a farmhouse he has become another person. Every day he starts sending me terrible messages where he hopes I will die soon. I never spoke about it before because I was ashamed of this pain so great that it cannot be quantified. I understood late that my son wanted to deceive me. He managed all my things and was still very angry with me. In an email he wrote to me that he wants to sell the farmhouse, he cannot wait 20 years to see me die".
And the worst thing is that Corinne's son accuses his mother of stealing his things. "My son accuses me of stealing. Among the witnesses he has brought against me is Serena Grandi, the first wife of Beppe Ercole, my beloved husband who passed away 15 years ago. I am deeply saddened because I helped Serena when she got sick, I hosted her and cared for her, I cooked for her and she took advantage of it. A few days ago I sent a formal warning to my son and Serena Grandi through my lawyers. I haven't seen anyone for a month, I couldn't even speak. I just want to live in peace in my home."
"After Sinisa's death I had a strange reaction""I used social media too much, pretending to be happy without it. The first year was difficult for me, I was looking for confirmation, I was constantly posting to deal with the pain. Only now have I realized that Sinisa would like to see me move on". Arianna Rapaccioni Mihajlović speaks for the first time about love and her husband's illness to Monica Setta on "Storie al bivio show" in the prime time episode aired on Tuesday 24 at 9:30 pm on Rai 2.
"I met Sinisa in a Roman restaurant on the Gianicolo and it was love at first sight, we never left each other again. He proposed that I live with him, I replied only as a married man and after a year of engagement we said yes" she recalls. "We both wanted a large family, today I am also a grandmother of 2 grandchildren and all this affection from my children helps me not to succumb to suffering". Mihajlović recounts the beginning of her husband's illness. "In 2019 we were in Sardinia, one night Sinisa felt a very strong pain and after all the tests we discovered that it was a very aggressive disease. The diagnosis was terrible but we made a pact: we will face everything together and we will defeat this terrible disease. They were tiring years but he always tried to smile and at the end of the therapies we were sure we had made it. The worst moment came when we discovered the relapse. He always asked me "Will I make it?" I told him yes, I never let him see me with tears, on the contrary I was happy because he spied on my reactions to understand how bad I was. When it was clear that it was the end we took a very sad trip from Bologna to Rome.
Sinisa was silent, he only said to me "I'm sorry I won't see my children grow up". I let that sentence go but there was nothing more to do. Sinisa returned to the hospital, he was in bed and I was next to him. I was holding his hand when he said to me "Arianna remember that I love you, now you will be there as a guide for our children". And after a while he let go of my hand gently and went away peacefully because he had entrusted me with his love and his family, his children, his grandchildren".
