In the Condividere Menu in Arona there are traditional recipes, local products – that of the lake that unites the two shores of Piedmont and Lombardy – and a lot of passion and care. The restaurant that for about two years has been managed by the young chef from Varese Stefano Minervino , originally from Caravate, opened this morning with some happy news.

The Arona restaurant, located in the village near Piazza San Graziano, has been included among those selected by the Michelin Guide . “A small and well-kept bistro – we read in the guide’s review – located in the heart of the historic center of Arona and a few steps from the lakefront. Here a young and passionate couple, Stefano in the kitchen and Melissa in the dining room, offers tasty, seasonal cuisine linked to local products. Don’t miss the “Condividere” appetizer, a series of tastings reminiscent of an Italian appetizer, including burrata with crispy puntarelle and anchovies, Russian salad tart and lake bottarga, and other delicacies to share…”
