MSC Cruises Saddles Up with Tudor Pro Cycling, Debuts at Tour de France 2025

With the 2025 Tour de France just around the corner, an announcement has been made that unites two seemingly distant worlds linked by a common vision: MSC Cruises has become the Official Main Partner of the Tudor Pro Cycling Team , a team founded by Swiss legend Fabian Cancellara . The agreement, valid until the end of the 2027 season, was unveiled in Lille , during the official presentation of the French race, where the team's new jerseys were shown for the first time.

The MSC brand will have a strong and immediately recognisable presence: the logo will be prominently displayed on the riders' racing kit , as well as on all the team's flagships, buses and official vehicles . The visual debut will take place during the Grand Départ , on Saturday 5 July, marking the start of a sporting adventure that aims to go far.

Swiss synergies with global goals

We are proud to partner with the Tudor Pro Cycling Team at the start of this new chapter,” said Pierfrancesco Vago , Executive Chairman of MSC Cruises , underlining the strategic value of the operation. For MSC, this is the first foray into professional cycling , but not the first time in sport: the brand is already a partner of Formula 1 and some of the world’s leading football teams . Now, cycling becomes the new route to travel, driven by shared values: team spirit, excellence, innovation and passion .

“We share the same Swiss roots and a high-performance mentality,” added Raphael Meyer , CEO of Tudor Pro Cycling. “Both we and MSC focus on planning, technical expertise and operational reliability . This bond goes far beyond sponsorship: it is a collaboration based on vision.”

A team ready to amaze at the Grande Boucle

The Tudor Pro Cycling Team arrives at its first Tour de France with an ambitious lineup, carefully constructed by Cancellara , who has combined talent and experience to face all the challenges of the most famous stage race in the world. Leaders such as Julian Alaphilippe and Marc Hirschi promise a spectacle on the most dynamic routes, while in the sprint they will rely on Alberto Dainese and Marius Mayrhofer , well supported by experienced men such as Marco Haller , Fabien Lienhard and the veteran Matteo Trentin .

On the uphill, hopes will be placed on Michael Storer , fresh from an excellent Giro d'Italia and ready to aim for stage victories and the polka-dotted jersey in the toughest stages.

A shared route: destination success

With this collaboration, MSC Cruises strengthens its commitment to sport and confirms its desire to position itself in prestigious international contexts , using cycling as a global showcase. At the same time, the Tudor Pro Cycling Team can count on a solid partner to tackle the three weeks of the Tour with ambition.

Two Swiss realities, united by a common DNA and ready to write a new chapter together. Cycling is made of roads, sweat and strategy. And from today, also of cruises.
