On July 5th and 6th at Parco Zanzi a weekend of water races and an evening of singing with the tribute to 883. All in the name of solidarity
A much-loved event of the Varese summer is about to return: Vivilago 2025 , a charity event that combines sports, music, nature and solidarity on the shores of Lake Varese. The beating heart of the event will, as always, be the Zanzi Park in Schiranna, where on 5 and 6 July a rich program will take place, designed for all ages. Promoted by the Lions Club Varese Sette Laghi , the initiative is part of the official program of the Lombardy Region for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games , with the motto “È VA con il Cuore”.
Saturday 5 July at 9 pm, the Vivilago stage will welcome Megamax , a tribute band that will bring all the magic of 883 and Max Pezzali's hits to the lake. It will be a musical journey between nostalgia and fun, from the classics " Hanno ucciso l'uomo ragno " and " Nord Sud Ovest Est " to the most recent hits. A live show to dance under the stars, free and open to all.
On Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July, spectacular dragon boat races are scheduled, offering an engaging show with their energy . The lake waters will come alive from the early hours of the morning on Saturday 5th with the Vivilago Cus'n'Dragons Festival , which will see dozens of colorful crews compete with each other with paddle strokes on long traditional boats of Asian origin. On Sunday 6th July, the trials will also be open to those who want to approach this sport for the first time, in an atmosphere of celebration and sharing.
In addition to sports and music, Vivilago offers much more: workshops for children, environmental activities with Rete Lago Varese and Comabbio, inflatable games, a food area with craft beer and food trucks, yoga, dance, performances and 90s DJ sets. A weekend of emotions, immersed in the beauty of the lake and in the generosity of an event born to do good.
A Vivilago 2025 preview is also planned for Friday 4 July , which includes an exclusive team building session on Dragon Boats , reserved for companies, organised by the CUS of the University of Insubria .
