Work completed, the post office in Padua reopens in "Polis mode"

The Brugine post office has been reopened. The modernization and renovation works on the Via Roma office have been completed, aimed at also accommodating the main services of the Public Administration thanks to the “Polis – Casa dei Servizi Digitali” project.
Polis is the initiative of Poste Italiane to promote economic, social and territorial cohesion in the 7 thousand municipalities with less than 15 thousand inhabitants, contributing to their relaunch and bringing the new services of the Public Administration to the communities. The post office of Brugine has been renovated and has changed its traditional appearance: the entire room that welcomes customers has been renovated, equipped with new furnishings and colors and a lane for the blind. A lowered counter has also been created, useful for requesting in complete comfort the services of the public administration in addition to traditional postal products and services.
In addition to postal, financial, insurance and energy services, INPS services and registry certificates will also be available at the Brugine post office. There are fifteen registry and civil status certificates available for citizens registered by the competent municipality in Anpr - National Registry of Resident Population: among the most common are those of birth, residence, citizenship, civil status and family status, which can be requested individually or in a contextual form, that is, collecting different types of data in a single certificate and can be requested for oneself or for family members registered in the Anpr registry. Furthermore, thanks to the agreement signed between Poste Italiane, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, the citizens of Brugine will be able to open the procedure for requesting or renewing a passport by presenting the documentation at the post office, without having to go to the police station, with the possibility of receiving the passport at home.
Through the Polis project, Poste Italiane confirms, once again, not only its mission to serve the country system but also the value of capillarity, a founding element of its business, in clear contrast with the progressive abandonment of the territories. The Brugine post office will be available to citizens with the usual hours: from Monday to Friday from 8.20 to 13.45 and on Saturday from 8.20 to 12.45.
