WRC: Tänak already leader of Rally Finland

The Estonian is already leading the Rally Finland this Thursday after the first special stage.
Estonian Ott Tänak (Hyundai) took the lead in Rally Finland, the ninth round of 14 in the WRC championship, on Thursday after the first special stage.
The new leader of the drivers' world championship beat his Belgian teammate Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) and Frenchman Sébastien Ogier (Toyota) by 1.3 and 1.5 seconds respectively.
Skip the adLocal hero Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota) took fourth place, ahead of Frenchman Adrien Fourmaux (Hyundai) and Welshman Elfyn Evans (Toyota). Nine special stages, totaling 114.52 kilometers, will be on the program on Friday.
