Formula 1, Spanish Grand Prix: What time and on which TV channel can you watch qualifying?

The drivers are back on track this weekend for the ninth round of the championship. Qualifying will take place this Saturday, May 31, at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
By Le ParisienA week after the legendary Monaco Grand Prix, Formula 1 returns to Europe for a historic event... and potentially the last on this circuit. Indeed, starting in 2026, Madrid will host the new Spanish Grand Prix.
The world's 20 fastest drivers will compete on a track known for offering plenty of overtaking opportunities, unlike Monaco. This edition could well mark a turning point in the season.
In terms of the standings, Oscar Piastri arrives in Catalonia with a three-point lead over his teammate Lando Norris. McLaren, having been very strong since the start of the season, will try to stay ahead. This race will therefore also be an internal battle between the two young talents.
Qualifying rounds will take place this Saturday at 4 p.m. French time. They will be broadcast live on Canal + Sport.
