Evacuation at the RCT Campus in Toulon: the brewery has finally been able to reopen its doors

This Tuesday afternoon, a few hours after the evacuation of part of the RCT Campus, east of Toulon , the building housing the club's brasserie finally reopened its doors under normal conditions, even if the lunch service could not be provided.

At the Rouge et Noir training center, however, players, staff members and other employees were still without electricity early in the afternoon.

An incident that occurred late in the morning

Earlier in the day, just after the professional team's public training session, smoke emanating from an electrical transformer required the intervention of the Var fire brigade and Enedis services.

Around 11:30 a.m., scrum-half Baptiste Serin was still signing autographs in the brewery area when the evacuation of the hundred or so supporters and employees present on that side of the campus was ordered.

But the incident was quickly brought under control.
